Junior Recruiter – Hybrid – Athens

About the role

SpeakIt is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its growing team in Athens. You will help connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities while delivering a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, ATS and other channels.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates, providing clear information about roles and clients.
• Present candidate CVs and assessments to clients, matching job requirements with candidate profiles.
• Post job adverts, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain regular communication and feedback with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor and team to meet hiring goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
