iTechScope is seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Athens. You will act as a bridge between top‑tier tech companies and talented professionals, helping both sides find the perfect match.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and headhunting to placement.
• Generate leads, gather market intelligence and write compelling job adverts.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Qualify job specifications and ensure candidates meet client requirements.
• Achieve personal sales targets and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in recruitment or IT sales/telesales.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Motivated, hard‑working and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree.
