International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end‑to‑end hiring for multilingual roles across Asia and Europe. This freelance position offers a leadership‑type experience, competitive fees and the chance to earn quarterly and annual bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Advertise openings on international job platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and build lasting relationships with candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold calling or sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Proficiency in English and any additional languages.
