HR Operations Senior Manager

About the role

As the HR Operations Senior Manager you will lead the HR function for our seasonal workforce at the Ikos Kissamos resort, ensuring that policies, processes and employee experiences are aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers, talent acquisition, and other HR specialists to deliver a high‑standard onboarding, retention and off‑boarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve HR operational policies and align them with the Group’s HR strategy.
• Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines and the onboarding/off‑boarding experience for seasonal employees.
• Implement retention strategies to increase repeat‑hire rates for future seasons.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and liaison with unions and local labor authorities.
• Manage employee experience programs, satisfaction surveys and turnover analysis.
• Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Administer contracts, payroll reconciliation, permits, visas, sick leave and absenteeism.
• Prepare HR budgets, reports and KPI dashboards to support operational and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Data‑driven mindset, capable of translating HR KPIs into actionable strategies.
• Creative problem‑solver who embraces change and thinks out of the box.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRM systems such as Pylon and Ergani.
