HR Generalist – Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

About the role

Join the Alumil Team as a HR Generalist! We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on HR Generalist to support and coordinate key stages of the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and department managers to support employee development, champion our workplace culture, and handle core day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support HR policies and initiatives aligned with the Group's goals and strategy.
• Participate in and coordinate recruitment processes to attract top talent and support the company's Employer Brand.
• Support performance appraisal processes, facilitate onboarding experiences, and coordinate L&D activities.
• Execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster inclusion, promote workplace wellbeing, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collaborating closely with payroll operations.
• Provide daily guidance and support to employees on HR procedures, policies, and workplace matters.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MSc in Human Resource Management is a plus).
• Fluency in English with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset, strong empathy and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of MS Office tools.
