HR Director for Luxury Resort

About the role

SWOT Hospitality is looking for an experienced HR Director to lead all human‑resources activities at its iconic Porto Carras resort. You will shape the people strategy, ensure compliance with Greek labour law, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace for seasonal and permanent staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the resort’s overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Lead the HR team, ensuring professional and efficient delivery of services.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment during peak seasons and coordinate with external payroll providers.
• Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Greek labour legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Prepare and monitor HR reports, KPIs, budgets, and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven senior HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.

• Strong computer and HR‑systems proficiency.
