HR Consultant – International Team (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our international team as an HR Consultant. You will act as the primary liaison between employees and our clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, and other EU countries, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of HR queries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare new employee files and manage onboarding processes.
• Design training plans for consultants and coordinate with training providers.
• Organise progress meetings with clients and contribute to employee development plans.
• Participate in employee evaluation processes and oversee compensation and benefits documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including scheduling interviews and collecting employment and tax information.
• Address employee requests, handle complaints, grievance procedures, and visa/work‑permit issuance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or a related social science discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an organized HR department, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, results‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
