Hotel Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join Mar‑Bella Collection and take a key leadership role in delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences and strong business performance. The position combines operational leadership, financial responsibility, people development and guest‑experience management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel, ensuring consistency, efficiency and service excellence across all departments.
• Work closely with department heads (Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Engineering) to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor hotel performance against operational and financial targets and take timely corrective actions.
• Maintain visible, hands‑on presence throughout the property, supporting teams during peak periods.
• Inspire, coach and develop senior staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee retention.
• Ensure guest satisfaction remains central to decision‑making, addressing feedback and driving service quality improvements.
• Safeguard assets, enforce preventive maintenance, safety and security standards, and ensure compliance with legal and health regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop senior operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets, operational performance and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest‑experience principles.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, discretion and personal accountability.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel management systems.
