About the role

Join Gatsby Athens as a Front Office Supervisor, overseeing daily front desk operations in a 5‑star boutique hotel. You will coordinate the team, ensure exceptional guest service, and support colleagues throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, and support the Front Office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing hands‑on assistance as needed.
• Support training and development of team members on hotel procedures and standards.
• Monitor accurate entry and management of reservations in the PMS.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to address guest needs.
• Prepare daily operation reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
• Inform guests about hotel services and identify opportunities to promote additional amenities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Gatsby Athens policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front office experience, preferably in a supervisory role at a 5‑star or luxury boutique hotel.
• Strong ability to coordinate, guide, and support a team.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Guest‑service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
• Professional appearance, accountability and a positive attitude.
