German-speaking Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences with a focus on satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships through clear, interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information using the appropriate tools and processes.
• Achieve individual and team service targets, including call‑handling KPIs.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documentation.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Fluent English (minimum B2+ level).
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
• Proven contact‑handling skills with excellent active listening.
• Clear and professional written communication for email handling.
• Customer‑focused mindset with understanding of sensitive data handling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
