About the role

Join Miele’s Customer Experts team in Greece as an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will interact with customers through email, chat and phone, providing guidance on appliance use and resolving issues to ensure a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, chat and phone to address product or service issues.
• Advise customers on proper use of Miele electric appliances.
• Handle complaints efficiently, identify causes and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Process refunds, exchanges and assist with order placement.
• Expedite corrections or adjustments and track their completion.

Required profile

• High level fluency in Italian.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous customer support or troubleshooting experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Miele brand or household appliance industry (a plus).
• Comfortable using basic technology tools.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
