Customer Service Representative (Dutch/Czech/Slovak) – Travel Industry

About the role

Speak Dutch, Czech or Slovak? Ready to combine an international career with life in Greece? We’re looking for speakers of these languages to join an international customer service team supporting Booking.com, a leading online travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat and email.
• Research customer and partner queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact for accommodation partners.
• Assist with room modifications, rates, availability and reservations.
• Support partners with online and extranet tools.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate systems and processes.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer and partner service.

Required profile

• Dutch, Czech or Slovak at C1 level.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused approach and confidence using computers and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Currently living in Greece or willing and eligible to relocate to Greece.
• For home‑based work, a reliable high‑speed internet connection and suitable quiet working environment.
