Customer Service Representative (German)

About the role

Join a global customer experience company supporting a well‑known payments and financing brand. As a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls, assisting customers with payment, financing and checkout queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone support for payment and financing enquiries.
• Guide customers through checkout options and finance‑agreement processes.
• Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account‑verification issues.
• Document calls accurately and follow compliance and escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German and English (C1) – written and spoken.
• High school diploma and EU citizenship.
• Customer‑service experience with complaint handling and problem solving.
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (must hold Greek AFM and AMKA).
