Customer Support Expert (Junior/Early Experience)

About the role

Join Intale’s Helpdesk/Call Centre team to provide fast, accurate support to retail stores using our cloud platform. Your main goal is to keep users satisfied by resolving issues and improving their experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally and effectively.
• Register tickets accurately in Jira Service Management.
• Conduct preventive maintenance calls and suggest improvements.
• Identify and escalate technical issues to the development team.
• Update and maintain the knowledge base.
• Report recurring problems to the Support Manager for permanent solutions.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric attitude with strong communication skills.
• Technical background (IEK or other tech degree) and problem‑solving mindset.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and native Greek.
• Willingness to work daytime shifts and occasional on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira Service Management (ticketing system).
• Basic networking knowledge (routing, VLAN, VPN).
• SQL basics.
• Linux fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
