Customer Advisor (French)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO firm to hire a French‑speaking Customer Advisor for its Athens office. The position is full‑time and operates on a hybrid model, combining on‑site and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat and messaging platforms.
• Provide technical support to restaurant partners using the company’s hospitality platform.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex technical or billing matters when needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and customer records.
• Support restaurants with platform‑related questions and operational requests.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or customer relations.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and active listening skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High empathy, especially in time‑sensitive hospitality situations.
