German-speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid, Athens)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our client’s BPO team in Athens. The role is hybrid, combining office work with remote tasks, and focuses on delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, chats, messages and emails in German.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships through clear communication.
• Provide accurate information using approved tools and processes.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and manage customer accounts.
• Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (C2 level) – both spoken and written.
• Fluent English (minimum B2+ level).
• Strong phone handling skills with a customer‑focused, attentive listening approach.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and prioritisation capabilities.
