Freelance Recruitment Partner – Mass Hiring (Commission)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Partner to drive high‑volume hiring for its global clients. This fully remote, commission‑based position allows you to work from anywhere while leveraging your own sourcing channels to place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, hunt and attract candidates using job boards, social media and personal networks.
• Screen candidates, assess qualifications, test language levels and match them to specific roles.
• Collaborate directly with the Senior Delivery Manager and Managing Director to secure successful placements.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
• Keep candidate profiles up‑to‑date in the ATS.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – non‑negotiable.
• Full availability Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑20:00 GMT+1.
• Proven experience in volume recruiting for SaaS, BPO or language roles in Europe and beyond.
• Minimum 10,000 LinkedIn connections and access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication, time‑management and independent work skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
