Experienced HR Managed Services Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Managed Services Associate to join PwC’s HR Managed Services team in Thessaloniki. You will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services to multiple clients while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
• Address and resolve payroll‑related inquiries and issues from clients.
• Handle public authority filings (Ergani II, Sepenet, EFKA, Taxisnet, etc.).
• Prepare complex reports and deliverables for clients.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data.
• Stay updated on labor law, payroll, and tax changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Participate in internal committees to improve operational processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with the ERGANI II information system and Digital Card regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SCAN) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
