Freelance International Recruitment Coordinator (Greece)

About the role

SunnySide Workforce Solutions is seeking a Greece‑based freelance professional to build relationships with local employers and support international recruitment projects, including healthcare opportunities in Ireland and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify Greek employers with staffing needs and develop new client relationships.
• Build relationships with recruitment partners.
• Source nurses and care workers for opportunities in Ireland, and EU‑qualified nurses and doctors for roles in the Middle East.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate documentation and recruitment progress with the international team.
• Maintain clear records and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR or business development.
• Confidence approaching employers and building commercial relationships.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Greek.
• Experience in international or healthcare recruitment, or a network of Greek healthcare professionals, is a plus.

What we offer

• Commission‑only compensation for the first three months, paid on qualifying new‑client introductions and successful placements.
• Potential monthly retainer alongside commission after a successful three‑month review, based on performance and business needs.
