Dutch‑speaking B2B Customer Service Representative – Remote (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy’s team in Greece. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting accommodation rental managers and owners with their day‑to‑day queries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from accommodation partners, providing clear and professional assistance.
• Answer questions about room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tools.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver consistent, high‑quality client service.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch and English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Based in Greece with a stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
