About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our breakfast team at a new hotel. You will work closely with the Breakfast Chef to ensure a high‑quality buffet experience for our guests each morning.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality breakfast dishes.
- Support the Breakfast Chef in daily buffet operations and service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
- Graduate of a Culinary School.
- Passion for cooking, especially early‑morning breakfast classics.
- Proactive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
- Flexibility with working hours and adaptability.
