About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our breakfast team at a new hotel. You will work closely with the Breakfast Chef to ensure a high‑quality buffet experience for our guests each morning.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and deliver high‑quality breakfast dishes.
Support the Breakfast Chef in daily buffet operations and service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.

Required profile

Previous experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
Graduate of a Culinary School.
Passion for cooking, especially early‑morning breakfast classics.
Proactive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
Flexibility with working hours and adaptability.
