Customer Support Engineer

About the role

Epignosis, a Greek SaaS company serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners with products such as TalentLMS, eFront, TalentCards and TalentHR, is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for its Customer Support team. You will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via web, email, chat and other channels, working in a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to customer problems.
• Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the right internal teams.
• Give prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure issues are properly recorded and closed.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document knowledge in knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise tech support.
• Fluent English.
• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• A strong grasp of HTML, CSS and JavaScript; knowledge of APIs is a bonus.
