Customer Service Team Lead

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to mentor and develop a high‑performing support team. You will drive performance, manage escalations, and help shape the department’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
• Implement and manage escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
• Lead the team through transitions, building problem‑solving, analytical and technical capabilities.
• Set team goals, define execution strategies, measure progress and share results.
• Identify actionable insights, make recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication.

Required profile

• C1/C1 fluency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant people‑management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience delivering constructive feedback and implementing corrective action plans.
• High‑level understanding of customer confidentiality.
