About the role
TaskUs is seeking a bilingual French/English Team Lead to mentor and guide a high‑performing team in its Athens office. You will drive problem‑solving, analytical and technical capabilities while ensuring smooth escalation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, career development and performance feedback to team members.
- Implement and manage escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
- Lead the team through a transition focused on building scalable solutions.
- Set team goals, track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Identify actionable insights, make recommendations and influence team strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of people‑management or team‑lead experience.
- Experience in campaign, client or account management with a consultative approach.
- Fluent French (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
- Based in Athens and able to work onsite.
