Bilingual French/English Team Lead

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual French/English Team Lead to mentor and guide a high‑performing team in its Athens office. You will drive problem‑solving, analytical and technical capabilities while ensuring smooth escalation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, career development and performance feedback to team members.
• Implement and manage escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
• Lead the team through a transition focused on building scalable solutions.
• Set team goals, track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify actionable insights, make recommendations and influence team strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of people‑management or team‑lead experience.
• Experience in campaign, client or account management with a consultative approach.
• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Based in Athens and able to work onsite.
