About the role

Join our team in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece, based in the port of Piraeus. As a Swedish‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will provide high‑quality support to travelers via inbound calls and emails, handling booking‑related queries, changes, refunds and more.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails in Swedish.
  • Assist with flight bookings, changes, refunds and seat or meal selections.
  • Provide information on itineraries, prices, flight rules and special travel situations.
  • Handle complaints, resolve issues efficiently and support customers during disruptions.
  • Use customer service and booking systems (e.g., Amadeus) to manage interactions and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

  • Fluent/native‑level Swedish (C1 or above).
  • Good English proficiency (B2 or above).
  • High school diploma or college degree (or at least 6 months of customer‑care experience if no degree).
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask.

Required skills

  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus.
