Customer Service Representative (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Trusoft Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Based in Piraeus, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests in Italian and English via multiple channels.
• Resolve issues, provide accurate product and service information, and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor customer feedback, flag recurring problems and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Follow up on open tickets to guarantee timely resolution and maintain a professional, empathetic tone.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian with a very good command of English.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office productivity tools.
