Swedish‑Speaking Transportation Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers to join our Transportation Customer Experts team in Greece. You will provide multilingual support for truck and bus owners, handling inquiries, complaints, and roadside assistance cases to keep vehicles moving safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and close cases efficiently.
• Create and manage roadside assistance tickets in the CRM system, capturing vehicle, location, and coverage details.
• Coordinate with dealers, technicians, or third‑party providers when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
• De‑escalate concerns, propose solutions within defined parameters, and refer complex cases to higher‑level support.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship database and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Swedish and good communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
• Experience with knowledge‑management or ticketing systems is a plus.
