About the role

Key responsibilities

• Become a digital expert after intensive product training.
• Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights into how customers search for them.
• Assist businesses in improving their online presence on the world’s most famous search engine.
• Investigate issues deeply before defining solutions or escalating highly complex cases.
• Promote related products to existing customers when required.

Required profile

• Superior Czech language skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to use desktop computers, internet applications, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google products such as Google Maps and the Google Cloud ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
