About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Agent to join a leading e‑commerce platform. You will be the primary point of contact for Italian‑language customers, providing support via email, chat and phone while ensuring a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data confidentially.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in Italian.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
