French Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a range of global brands and invite you to join our #GameChangers team in Athens. If you are passionate about delivering a unique customer experience and can communicate fluently in French, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools.
• Meet personal and team targets and call‑handling quotas.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Fluent in French.
• Good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of customer behavior.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and active listening skills.
• Strong written skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
