German Speaking Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international hospitality technology company as a German‑Speaking Customer Care Specialist. Based in Athens, you will support restaurants and hospitality professionals with operational and technical needs, working in a hybrid model after onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, inbound/outbound calls, live chat and messaging channels.
• Provide technical assistance on the company’s hospitality technology platforms and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate complex technical or billing problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Prioritize urgent operational issues during restaurant service hours.
• Meet CSAT and SLA targets while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Required profile

• Native or C1 level German and B2 level English.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations or hospitality.
• Solution‑driven, proactive with strong communication and active listening.
• Excellent written communication for email handling.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
