Customer Service Team Lead (French/English)

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Team Lead to mentor and develop a high‑performing support team. The role requires fluency in French and English and focuses on driving operational excellence while fostering a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
• Implement and manage escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
• Lead the team through transitions, building problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical and technical capabilities.
• Set team goals, define execution strategies, measure progress and share results.
• Identify actionable insights, propose recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication.

Required profile

• C1/C2 fluency in French and English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant people‑management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience delivering constructive feedback and implementing corrective action plans.
• High‑level understanding of customer service operations.
