About the role

Join a global leader in online protection and cybersecurity as a Customer Advisor. You will interact with customers in Dutch, delivering fast, accurate solutions through phone and chat while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and chat support for cybersecurity products, subscriptions, and account services.
• Identify customer needs and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the internal system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch language proficiency.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
