Customer Advisor (Dutch Speaking) – Thessaloniki

About the role

Are you a customer‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Join our team and support customers of a global leader in online protection and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and/or chat.
• Handle enquiries related to cybersecurity products, subscriptions and account services.
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic and customer‑focused approach.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Work closely with your team to meet quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native level of Dutch.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
