Customer Service Representative (Swedish) – Athens

About the role

A global customer experience company, supported by a well-known payments and financing brand, is looking to onboard Finnish-speaking advisors to its team in Athens. The position is customer support by phone, helping customers with payment and financing queries, checkout options and finance agreements. It is a full-time, on-site role.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and payment and financing enquiries
• Guide customers through checkout options and finance-agreement processes
• Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account-verification queries
• Ensure secure and accurate case handling and document calls precisely
• Follow compliance and escalation procedures to achieve timely resolutions

Required profile

• Native or near-native level of Swedish
• English at C1 level, written and spoken
• High school diploma
• EU citizenship
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA)
• Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts

Required skills

• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
