Romanian Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

As a Romanian‑speaking Travel Agent you will assist customers in building and managing their travel itineraries via phone, email and social media, while promoting flight add‑on products. The role focuses on delivering a smooth, friendly experience and handling complex reservation scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social‑media requests.
• Provide high‑quality service, handling inquiries, complaints and flight‑related issues.
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Develop and recommend improvements to existing procedures.
• Report technical problems and customer complaints to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Romanian (oral and written).
• Good command of English.
• Experience in customer‑service environments.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Amadeus (GDS) knowledge.
• Sabre (GDS) knowledge.
