Customer Service Representative (Dutch) – Athens

About the role

Join a global customer experience company supporting a well‑known electronics brand as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens. You will handle customer inquiries across voice, chat and email, assisting users with product usage, troubleshooting and related concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, live chat and email, addressing product‑related questions and issues.
• Accurately document each interaction and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal team.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1) language skills.
• High school diploma and EU citizenship.
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (must already hold Greek AFM and AMKA).
• Availability for on‑site work on rotational shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Customer service and technical support abilities, including complaint handling and problem solving.
• Troubleshooting of electronic products.
