Greek Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

As a Greek Speaking Travel Agent you will assist customers in building their travel itineraries via phone, email and social media, using our reservation systems. You will also promote and sell flight add‑on products, ensuring a smooth and secure travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests.
• Provide high‑quality service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Develop and recommend improvements to department methods and procedures.
• Report technical issues and customer problems to the team leader.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Greek (oral and written).
• Good command of English.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.

Required skills

• Amadeus GDS.
• Sabre GDS.
