About the role
Join a global customer experience company supporting a well‑known payments and financing brand. You will provide phone‑based support to Finnish‑speaking customers in Athens, handling payment, financing and checkout queries.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve payment and financing enquiries.
- Guide customers through checkout options and finance‑agreement processes.
- Process refunds, chargebacks, billing and account‑verification issues.
- Document calls accurately and follow compliance and escalation procedures.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native Finnish language proficiency.
- English at C1 level (written and spoken).
- High school diploma.
- EU citizenship and ability to work on‑site in Athens (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA).
