About the role

Join a global customer experience company supporting a well‑known payments and financing brand. You will provide phone‑based support to Finnish‑speaking customers in Athens, handling payment, financing and checkout queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve payment and financing enquiries.
  • Guide customers through checkout options and finance‑agreement processes.
  • Process refunds, chargebacks, billing and account‑verification issues.
  • Document calls accurately and follow compliance and escalation procedures.

Required profile

  • Native or near‑native Finnish language proficiency.
  • English at C1 level (written and spoken).
  • High school diploma.
  • EU citizenship and ability to work on‑site in Athens (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA).
