Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

About the role

A global customer experience company, supported by a well-known payments and financing brand, is looking to onboard advisors in Athens. The position is customer support by phone, helping customers with payment and financing queries, checkout options and finance agreements. It is a full-time, on-site role in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and payment and financing enquiries
• Guide customers through checkout options and finance-agreement processes
• Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account-verification queries
• Ensure secure and accurate case handling and document calls precisely
• Follow compliance and escalation procedures to achieve timely resolutions

Required profile

• Native or near-native level of Norwegian
• English at C1 level, written and spoken
• High school diploma
• EU citizenship
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA)
• Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts

Required skills

• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Strong communication
