About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, delivering prompt and professional assistance, and contributing to high customer satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and emails efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships through clear communication.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and processes.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
• Maintain precise records of interactions and account activities.
• Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French speaker with a natural accent.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience (advantageous).
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with adaptability to different profiles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
