About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Portuguese/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class support through voice, chat, and email. The role focuses on technical assistance, problem‑solving, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical‑based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email, handling a variety of issues.
Participate in internal initiatives, share feedback, and support team collaboration to drive departmental success.

Required profile

Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – both speaking and writing.
1‑2 years of experience in customer support or technical help‑desk roles, with strong communication skills.

Required skills

Strong working knowledge of PC‑based internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
