About the role
TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Portuguese/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class support through voice, chat, and email. The role focuses on technical assistance, problem‑solving, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical‑based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email, handling a variety of issues.
- Participate in internal initiatives, share feedback, and support team collaboration to drive departmental success.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – both speaking and writing.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer support or technical help‑desk roles, with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of PC‑based internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
