About the role
TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Spanish‑English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class technical support via voice, chat and email. The role focuses on delivering accurate, efficient and respectful service while meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers through multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
- Participate in internal initiatives, share feedback and support team development.
- Problem‑solve and think critically to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bilingual Spanish (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) speaking and writing.
- Experience in technical customer support or help‑desk environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Working knowledge of PC‑based internet and external software applications.
