German‑Speaking Client Support & Sales Specialist – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking professional to join our Athens team, providing inbound customer support, technical assistance, and sales guidance. You will handle calls and emails, resolve billing and service issues, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and email, addressing billing, account, and technical queries.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and support cross‑selling and upselling.
• Process account, contract, and service‑related requests while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet quality and performance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) for internal communication.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, performance‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and digital tools.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and telecommunications services.
