Bilingual Romanian/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Romanian/English Content Moderator to ensure safe and high‑quality experiences across social media apps. You will review digital content, apply policy guidelines, and help maintain a positive online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review videos, images, news stories, political ads and social media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency.
• Score content according to client policies and escalate issues that may affect performance or KPIs.
• Participate in wellness programs and employee assistance initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Romanian (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy.

Required skills

• Ability to identify subtle differences in digital communication and enforce content policies.
• High cultural awareness of political and social issues in the supported market.
