Bilingual Hungarian/English Customer Care Specialist (Back Office)

About the role
Provide world‑class, accurate and respectful service to customers via voice, chat and email in both Hungarian and English. Work remotely as part of a global team supporting fast‑growing technology brands.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical‑based customer assistance through multiple channels.
- Participate in department initiatives, share feedback and support colleagues.
- Problem‑solve and think critically to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Hungarian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
- 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently and as a remote team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC‑based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Experience using external systems for customer communication (email & phone).
